IN YOUR SHADOW

Your silence have
kept me - eons;
cocooned inside thousand books
stacked one after the other
Yet I find you
in every crooning of my heart
May I look so fragile,
crumpled and pale
pages after pages
Yet, wherever
familiarity wafts into the air;
In no lesser whiffs
I finds you enchanting
closest to my
heaving heart
bewildering me
by your presence -
a fresh draught; that
lees me priceless
in your shadow
