CRATE YOUR WISHES

How quizzically
the morning tea cup
will crate your wishes
That, you
sip, an invisible sip
Holding spoonful of sugar
Far into your distant look

What supplness
the cup will mold itself
to put a pint
into your mouth, that
it had become cold
for how long in eons, that
it was kept on the table

How familiarity, breeds
longer into the past
All present
upturned
Roll into icicles -
Gone by in time
Wedding one strand with the other
