LEAF FALLEN

Lovingly lifted 
A fallen tree leaf
On my palm,
Nothing remained 
Of my thoughts
To patch my words.
All gurgled away!
Pain sizzled 
Through the
Tree frame
Was that ME
Wriggling in PAIN!
